During the summer of 2022, Roy Ben Bashat went on a month-long self retreat, with a quest - finding where his two best loves, Music and Buddhism come together. Studying old texts from the Dhamma, reading poetry, making music, and practicing meditation, was all Roy did during the course of this month.

That month was a pivotal moment in his artistic journey.
